Pho U opening 1/3/12
V will be closed for lunch from 12/27 to 1/3 as we revamp our lunch menu. When we reopen in the new year for lunch we will have transformed into a more affordable counter service dining option for downtown, residents, employees and visitors alike.
The new focus for lunch dining will be the very popular southeast Asian noodle soup “Pho”. A soup made popular in the this country by the Vietnamese but is a staple throughout southeast Asia including Thailand, hence it is served with Thai basil. Our popular Thai lunch combos will remain available on the lunch menu and diners will also have access to dinner menu items time permitting on a given day. We are looking for to be able to serve downtown more affordable, healthy options for lunch in the new year!
We will be open are regular business hours for dinner during this transition!
